The Food Service Worker I (FSWI) is responsible for performing all duties related to the maintenance of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. This includes ware washing, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas. Additionally, the FSWI is responsible for setting up trays, delivering food trucks and late trays for patient meal service.
This position may assist with special functions and catering events.
