Morrison Living is hiring for Food Service Worker roles in Grand Rapids, MI. These are full-time and part-time positions where you will prepare, present and serve food, assist with prep tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

No experience is required, and training will be provided. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with a robust benefits package and opportunities to grow with a top hospitality company.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Washes, peels, cuts and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Location: Clark at Franklin - 1551 Franklin Street Southeast, Grand Rapids, MI 49506.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Monday - Friday, rotating weekends.Hours may vary. Further details upon interview.

• Pay Range: $17.00per hour to$18.00per hour.
