Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Transport food items safely to and from work stations.
4. Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portions.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Resolve customer concerns and inform supervisor.
10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
