Flik Hospitality Group in Devens, MA is hiring a full-time Food Service Worker to join our team at Commonwealth Fusion Systems. The role involves food prep, serving and maintaining safety standards with a 6:30 pm–3:00 am schedule, Monday through Friday.

No prior experience is required, and we offer on-the-job training. This position includes perks such as meals, uniforms and laundering service at select locations, plus an internal referral bonus.

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Washes, peels, cuts and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas with proper wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and temperature.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and relays concerns to supervisor.

Job Summary

• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.

• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.

• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.

• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.

• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.

• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.

• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.

• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
