Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Food Service Worker positions at Dunwoody Village, Newtown Square, PA. Shifts run 6:30 am–2:30 pm or 4:00 pm–8:00 pm with no prior experience required.

The role pays $16.00 per hour and includes a robust benefits package for eligible associates. As part of the culinary team, you will prep, present and serve food, maintain safety standards and provide friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and serving temperatures.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.

• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
