Unidine is hiring immediately for full and part-time Food Service Worker positions in Damariscotta, ME. Location: Cove's Edge, Schooner's Cove, Chase Point. Flexible schedule; weekend availability required.

Prior food service experience is required; healthcare experience preferred. $17.00–$20.00 per hour with a $3/hr shift differential during Memorial Day to Labor Day. Perks include no late nights, free parking, shift meal, uniform, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and serving temperatures.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and follows steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
