Trinity Services Group in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for an on-site jail/correctional facility. You will oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff, prepare and serve meals, and ensure adherence to menus and recipes while maintaining food safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Overnight shifts (12am–8:30am) are available; prior institutional food service experience is a plus, and a $500 new-hire bonus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.
• Preferred institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Must work onsite in a jail/correctional facility.

Responsabilités

About This Position

$500 BONUS for New Hires!

This position is located in a Jail/Correctional Facility and requires working in close contact with and interacting with inmates.

Shifts available: Overnight 12am-8:30am

The Food Service Supervisor oversees inmate labor and team members assisting with the food service operation in a correctional facility. You will also prepare and serve a variety of food items following assigned work instructions and menus and use a variety of food preparation utensils and machines in preparing food.

You will report to a Food Service Director.You will work onsite inside of a jail/correctional facility.
