SodexoMagic is hiring a Food Service Worker for DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA PUBLIC SCHOOLS. You will prepare and serve a variety of vibrant menus, ensure cleanliness, and provide welcoming customer service that brings a smile to students and staff.

This full-time, weekdays-only position offers an hourly wage of $18.40, comprehensive benefits, training and opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment where reliability and teamwork are valued.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurture a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served. Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils and provide general stocking duties in service area.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
