Job summary

Summit is seeking a motivated food service worker to join our correctional team in New Mexico Youth Challenge, NM. You will prepare, serve and distribute meals in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment and interact with inmates daily.

The role includes hands-on duties across the tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and clear communication are essential; prior food service experience is a plus.

The Role at a glance:
