Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Food Service Worker to support Greater Jasper Consolidated School District. You will prepare and serve a variety of menus, keep dining areas clean, and provide friendly service to students and staff.

Shifts are on Weekdays with flexible availability; employment can be full-time or part-time at $15 per hour. Training is provided with benefits including PTO, health coverage, and site-specific perks such as meals or allowances where applicable.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• No previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

• May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served; assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and other food products and utensils; provide general stocking duties in service area.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations.
• Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts with regularity.
• Other duties as assigned based on client requirements.

Pay Range: $15 - $15

What You’ll Do:As a Food Service Worker at Sodexo, you are a pair of helping hands and a good mood motivator. In this role, you will prepare and serve a variety of vibrant menusand ensure all working areas are kept clean and tidy. Your welcoming customer service puts a smile on people's faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities include:

• May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served. Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils and provide general stocking duties in service area.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
