Job summary

Taher, Inc., a family-owned food service management company, is seeking a food service aide in Jackson, MI to join our team delivering chef-created, nutritious school meals.

You will support meal service from 6a to 3p, maintain food safety, and help create a positive dining experience for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Food Service experience preferred; customer service experience desired.
• Ability to do simple arithmetic.
• Ability to make correct change and use a basic computation device.
• Contributes to a positive work environment.

• Dependable, punctual.
• An independent self-starter able to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Follows food safety requirements/guidelines.
