Job summary

ECLARO is recruiting a Food Service Worker for the Enid, OK area to support patient and staff meals. The role covers food preparation, service in the cafeteria, dishwashing, and sanitation in a healthcare setting.

Shift is Day 5x8 hours (06:00–14:30) for a 13-week assignment with benefits including retirement plan, commuter benefits, and access to medical, dental, and vision insurance. Experience with dietary restrictions and food safety is valued; ServSafe or Food Handler's Permit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience and knowledge of dietary restrictions are a plus.
• Knife safety is important; a Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or cafeteria setting is beneficial.

• Handles general kitchen duties, including food prep, cafeteria service, dishwashing, and sanitizing work areas.
• Salad / Cold Case Prep: Prepares cold meals for patients, staff, and visitors while following strict food safety and recipe guidelines (Veggies, Salads, Sandwich's, Pastas, etc.).
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, operates dishwashers, and transports food carts to various locations.
• Assist with our Mobile Meals program (Meals for Senior Citizens).

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience (knowledge of Dietary restrictions, a huge plus).
• Knife Safety (Great if have Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe).

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30); Duration: 13 weeks
