Compass Group USA is hiring for FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (RETAIL DINING) at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. Open and part-time roles with a fixed pay rate of $16.94 per hour. Schedule is open availability with shifts varying, and interviews will provide more details.

Responsabilités

• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with setup for events and front-of-house needs.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.

Location: Sacred Heart University

• We are hiring immediately for full and part-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (RETAILDINING) positions.
• Address: Sacred Heart University - 5151 Park Ave, Fairfield, CT 06825.
• Schedule: Open availability, shifts may vary. More details are available upon interview.
• Requirement: Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas, remove trash and recycling, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $16.94 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
