Job summary

Compass Group USA, through its CulinArt sector, is hiring a Food Service Utility to support full-time and part-time shifts at St. Margaret's School in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The role focuses on maintaining clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils, with hours varying Monday through Friday.

Prior hospitality experience is preferred and there is an internal referral bonus. The position offers a pay range of $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits available to associates.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and sterilizes garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assists with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
