Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed on the University of Idaho campus is hiring for full-time and part-time dishwashing roles. Wages range from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour with opportunities for training and advancement. Most shifts are Monday through Friday, on-site at Moscow, ID.

Candidates with prior dishwashing experience are preferred, but training is available. This role focuses on maintaining clean kitchen areas and basic prep surfaces, along with safe sanitation practices and assisting with supplies and

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas; assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
