Compass Group USA's Unidine division is hiring FOOD SERVICE UTILITY team members for Creekside Retirement Community in Huntsville, TX. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with hours that may vary including weekends and holidays.

Prior food service and dishwasher experience is required. As a member of the culinary team, you will maintain clean kitchen work areas, support with banquet and front-of-house setup, and assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies.

• Able to perform sanitation and safety duties.
• Flexibility with full-time/part-time schedules.

Responsabilités

• Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.

Unidine is hiring immediately for full time and part time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY positions.

• Location: Creekside Retirement Community - 1433 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, TX 77340.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Hours and days may vary, including rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior food service and dishwasher experience required.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
