Job Summary

Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house set‑up.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.

Details

Location: Fidelity – 2 Destiny Way, Westlake, TX 76262.

Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday; no nights or weekends.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
