Job summary

Compass Group USA in Harrogate, TN is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Utility. The role maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment clean, with mornings, nights, and weekends as part of the schedule. Address: 6965 Cumberland Gap Parkway, Harrogate, TN 37752.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Wash tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front of house setup.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
