Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Auburn, AL is seeking a full-time Food Service Utility to maintain clean and organized kitchen areas. The role supports sanitation across prep spaces, equipment, and storage, with responsibility for waste management and supply transfers.

The position requires basic cleaning and sanitation experience; hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, with variety in shifts. This role includes meals and uniform handling as part of site facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning and sanitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Pay Range : $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.
