Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a FOOD SERVICE UTILITY at Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cocoa Beach, FL. This full-time role requires dishwashing experience and offers rotating shifts from 5:30 am to 1:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with weekends rotating.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front of the house setup.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
