Qualifications

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers; cleans garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front‑of‑house set‑up.
• Assists with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
