Qualifications

• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas to meet safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and assist with waste removal.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with setup for events and front-of-house needs.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
