Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest division is hiring for Food Service Utility roles at Danfoss in Ames, IA. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with daytime hours from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm; online applications accepted.

This role maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly, and supports setup for events. Safety and sanitation are emphasized, with opportunities for on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
