Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Food Service Utility for Friends Academy in Locust Valley, NY. The role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a full-time schedule and on-site work.

Previous kitchen utility experience is preferred, but training is available. Perks include uniforms, breakfast, and lunch; a $18.50 hourly pay rate is offered, with free meals and laundering at select locations.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen utility experience preferred.
• Willing to train and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment clean and orderly.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house setup.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment as needed.
