Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Pueblo is seeking a PRN Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, distribution, and sanitation in the Dietary department. This onsite role requires flexibility with day and evening shifts and involves cashiering, tray delivery, and catering support as needed.

Work Schedule: PRN, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Day and Evening Rotation

Pay: $15.16 - $20.86 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

Performs a variety of preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in support of assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparing food and beverages for distribution topatients, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services.
• Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures.
• Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including cashiering, tray line delivery, and catering special events.
• Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
