Job summary

NHC HealthCare Moulton is hiring a Food Service Tech to join our Food and Nutrition Services team. You will help provide expected meal service, assist with food prep, kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and daily dining operations.

The ideal candidate is caring, dependable, energetic, and eager to learn, with a heart for serving rehabilitation and long-term healthcare patients. No late nights, consistent hours, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dish room, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized
• Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and food service
• Help with dining room setup and cleanup
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food and supplies
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
• Provide friendly service to patients, residents, visitors, and team members
• Support the Food and Nutrition Services team wherever needed
