Job summary

Price Chopper is seeking an attentive team member to provide fast, friendly service and assist with food preparation to meet corporate specs. You will maintain a clean station, handle customer orders, and ensure accuracy of special requests while upholding safety and uniform standards.

• Provide fast, friendly, efficient service to customers at all times.
• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Sample and suggestive sell; end each transaction with a "Thank You".
• Maintain a neat, clean workstation per 5S standards.
• Cook and finish food within company standards; ensure accuracy of special orders.
• Merchandise food products within company guidelines.
• Adhere to corporate uniform policy and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain cold case, hot food, and cooling logs per store policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for the preparing of food to corporate specifications to promote optimal opportunity for sales. Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with corporate and state regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times. Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request. Responsible for sampling and suggestive selling. End each customer transaction with a “Thank Youâ€. Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times. Cook and finish food within company standards. Ensure accuracy of customer special order. Merchandise all food products within company guidelines. Adhere to all corporate, State and Federal rules and regulations. Adhere to corporate uniform policy. Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures. Maintain Cold case logs, Hot food logs and Cooling logs consistent with store policy. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
