Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking energetic Food Service Team Members to join our New England stores in Windham, NH. You will prepare fresh made-to-order items, maintain coffee and self-serve stations, stock cases, operate the register, and deliver friendly, efficient service to customers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on safety, sanitation and accuracy, supported by a team and company benefits including health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Understanding of product/production processes.
• Allergen and Food Safety awareness.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to work alone or as a member of a team.
• Awareness of sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Safety-first attitude toward self and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh made-to-order food items.
• Maintain all self-service food offerings including coffee, fresh case items, dispensers, fountains and condiments.
• Load product into fresh case as needed.
• Operate the cash register.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels for freshness and availability.
• Stocking: back stocking, filling condiments, supplies, and rotating product by received date.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet customers with a smile.
