Job summary

Moe's in Tallahassee is looking for a dedicated Team Member to help us deliver great food and guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with prep, cooking, packaging and serving, while upholding food safety and Moe's brand standards.

As a teammate, you greet guests warmly, maintain a clean prep area and restaurant, and contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; punctuality and a friendly attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, package and serve food for guests in a timely fashion.
• Ensure food product meets operational, food safety and brand standards.

• Greet guests by stating, “Welcome to Moe’s!”
• Ensure guests are completely satisfied with their order.
• Maintain cleanliness of prep area, equipment and restaurant.
• Be punctual, in the correct uniform and maintain a friendly smile.
• Demonstrate integrity and hard work aligned with company values.
• Perform all other tasks as directed by leadership.
