Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy's franchisee in Clarksdale, MS, is hiring crew members to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality service in a busy, high-traffic dining environment.

You will assemble orders, operate the cash register, greet customers, stock and maintain clean dining and prep areas, and assist opening/closing procedures. No experience required; must be at least 16 years old; physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lb and standing long hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers and/or cash register systems is helpful.
• No prior experience is required for this role.
• Must be able to work in a high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests.
• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages.
• Operates cash register according to policies.
• Takes orders from customers and via intercom system, providing quality service.
• Preps store for opening and closes store, restocking and cleaning.
