Responsibilities

• Prepare all fresh made to order food items.
• Maintain self-service food offerings (coffee, case items, dispensers, fountain, condiments).
• Load product into fresh case as needed.
• Operate the cash register and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Maintain store sanitation and inventory for freshness and availability.
• Stock back stock, fill condiments and supplies, rotate products by received date.
• Provide the best customer experience with a friendly greeting and upsell specials.
• Ensure safety and environment around the store and report incidents immediately.

This includes ensuring that the shift contributes to the increased profitability and growth of the store and ensuring our customer’s needs are met every step of the way.
