Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production sheets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality per policies.
• Maintain safe, organized storage and inventory.
• Oversee serving schedules and menu adherence.
• Maintain sanitation per health codes.
• Train and mentor staff; promote growth.
• Assist with equipment logs and maintenance.
• Perform occasional cashier duties and catering events.
• Support Food Service Director as needed.
