Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production sheets as needed.
• Direct daily activities and oversee staff performance.
• Ensure food safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Maintain safe, organized storage and hazard-free environment.
• Monitor serving schedules and menu adherence for safety and quality.
• Maintain health and safety codes and proper department sanitation.
• Keep accurate weekly inventory records and assist with orders.
• Supervise, coach, and develop employee growth and teamwork.
• Train/mentor other food service workers and support staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on equipment as required.
