Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain staff work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Ensure food safety and quality per policies and procedures.
• Maintain safe, organized storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure menu compliance.
• Maintain inventory on a weekly basis.
• Supervise and mentor other food service workers.
• Promote a safe working environment and assist with training.
