Qualifications

• Sanitation training completed before or during first year.
• Knowledge of running an efficient, cost-effective program.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Maintain food safety and quality per policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe storage of food items in organized environments.
• Adhere to menu specs and Aramark policies in service.
• Follow health and safety codes and regulations.
• Maintain inventory weekly.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees.
• Promote a safe, hazard-free working environment.
• Train and mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and logs for safety checks.
• Complete temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and suggest equipment replacements.
• Possess multi-tasking proficiency and support catering events.
• Fill in for absent staff and support daily catering events.
