Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and/or kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Assist in preparing a variety of food items following recipes and instructions.
• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices during meals.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the facility.
