Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor at Gracedale Nursing Home to oversee daily food service operations, including fast casual, cafe, events, and dining services, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role supports management on-site and coordinates routine activities among service staff.

You will train staff, address customer concerns, and help maintain a safe, productive work environment while supporting client requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work mornings/afternoons/evenings and some weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to coordinate routine work activities of service employees
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service
• Attend shifts on time and reliably
• Other duties as needed based on client requirements
