Job summary

Southeast Missouri Residential Services (SEMORS) is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee meal preparation and service at our Sikeston facilities. The role requires coordinating with direct care staff, handling special diets, and ensuring adherence to diet textures prescribed by physicians.

The successful candidate will have an associate degree or at least four years of food service experience, strong work ethic, and computer skills. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years of food service experience.
• Ability to supervise staff in meal preparation and service.
• Knowledge of diet textures and physician-prescribed diets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the preparation and serving of food at the facilities.
• Train, assist and oversee direct care staff in meal preparation and special diets.
• Ensure kitchens/dining areas meet cleanliness and food safety standards.
