Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following menus and recipes, using a variety of utensils and equipment, while reporting to a Food Service Director and working on site.

Ideal candidates are passionate about food, understand food handling regulations, eager to learn, and able to work as a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and age 18+ required.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use utensils/equipment to cook and portion meals per recipes and nutrition needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment; adhere to safety standards.
