A leading corrections service provider in Georgia is seeking a Food Services Supervisor to oversee detainee activities related to food preparation and sanitation. This role requires a high school diploma and successful training completion, with preferred experience in food service activities. Candidates should be capable of handling physical and mental stress, as well as working up to 16 hours in shifts. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safety and order within the facility.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of training courses as required by GEO and facility training standards.
• Demonstrated experience in food service activities, preferably in a commercial or institutional context.
• Possession of applicable state requisites for employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and monitor detainees in food services.
• Monitor inmate movements, conduct counts, and respond to emergencies.
• Provide assistance to those injured or ill.
