• 2 years of qualifying experience in commercial or institutional food preparation or food service.
• Formal culinary arts or food service training may be credited toward experience.
• Eligibility for HELPS program for Food Service Worker 2 under state rules.
• One year of permanent service as Food Service Worker 1 can qualify for transfer eligibility.
