Summit is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join the Montgomery County Detention Facility kitchen team in Montgomery, AL. The role oversees meal production and service, ensuring meals meet quality standards and follow approved recipes and contractual obligations.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food service supervisor to our correctional facility kitchen team in Montgomery, AL. As a food service supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.

• Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
