Elior Collegiate Dining in Frostburg State University is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to oversee the production and service of meals on a collegiate campus in Frostburg, MD.

You will supervise the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals according to daily needs and contract requirements, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to recipes. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple employees.

• Food Handler’s certification (nice-to-have).
