Time to step up your career! We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You’ll work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, and collaborate with teammates. We look forward to supporting your growth and igniting your passion.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily activities and maintain food safety and quality standards.
3. Ensure safe, organized storage of food items and proper serving procedures.
4. Maintain sanitary conditions following health and safety codes.
5. Manage inventory; prepare orders as needed.
6. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor staff; promote teamwork and morale.
7. Maintain a safe working environment and complete all safety logs.
8. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
9. Handle multiple tasks efficiently and perform additional duties as assigned.
10. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
11. Coordinate catering events and work occasional nights and weekends.
12. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
13. Perform cashier duties if required and promote positive public relations.

Qualifications
