Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a food service aide to join our team for a 8:30am to 1:30pm shift. You will assist with preparing and serving nutritious meals, ensure cleanliness, and help maintain a positive dining environment for guests.

Ideal candidates have food service or customer service experience, basic arithmetic skills, and a professional appearance. This regular, part-time role supports our K-12 school lunch program across the country.

Qualifications

• Food service or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle transactions.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, distribute food and assist with cleanup.
• Set up condiments and utensil areas for service.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, and punctuality.
• Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene.
• Follow food safety requirements and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Food Service experience preferred/customer service experience desired
• Ability to do simple arithmetic
