Job summary

Enmarket is seeking a Food Service Shift Leader to oversee daily kitchen and foodservice operations during their shift, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. The role includes leading the team, coaching staff, and maintaining standards to keep operations smooth.

You will monitor inventory, assist with prep, train team members, and liaise with management. This position requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays, with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe certification a plus or willingness to obtain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the food service team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served according to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking and prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.
• Train and coach team members on food prep and service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns.
