• Food Service Experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting/transporting hot food items.
• Ability to work inside kitchen area with heated equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in the preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving.
• Alert management and pull items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line.
• Ask customers about service quality and handle complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitation of areas and equipment.
• Dispose of waste properly from the service line.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
• Assist with daily safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in areas as needed.
• Able to work in concessions, catering, and events as required.
• Perform tasks weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as directed by management.
• Lead on-line employees to ensure timely service; request sanitation support when needed.
