OXXO USA is seeking a Sales Associate with Food Services at Sbarro in Rio Rancho, NM (Store#51724). This full-time role focuses on preparing and serving NY-style pizza and other fresh items while delivering a warm customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in food service or retail with food handling, a high school diploma or equivalent, and will obtain a food handler certification after hire. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food service, restaurant, or retail with food handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble Sbarro menu items, following company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food items are made fresh, properly handled, and presented throughout the day.
• Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, taking orders, answering product questions.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in food prep and service areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines.
• Assist with restocking supplies, organize storage areas, and rotate products.
• Handle register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Promote the Sbarro brand by providing a great guest experience.
