Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.
• Food Service Certificate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal and ensure proper storage and sanitation.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Operate and care for kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Coordinate daily activities with the manager and supervise food temperatures.
