You will follow established procedures, assist in kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with uniform policies while supporting managers and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate and ability to read/write to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Maintain storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment (knives) and sanitation standards.
